Description
If you are collecting Black Eagles by Freidberg or just want an 1899 Silver Certificate, this note is what the ornithologist ordered! It has the signatures of Parker and Burke, which means it is a Fr 232. This note is graded by PCGS as Very Fine 35 with a comment about a minor stain. You don't have to take my word for the grade of the note, you just have to trust PCGS.
Shipping
