One of the all time best designs in US currency.
It is an 1896 Silver Certificate, the educational two dollar bill. The Freidberg number is 247, which means it has the signatures of Tillman and Morgan. It is the first of two Freidberg numbers for this type. This note is graded Fine 12NET by PMG.
The NET means the grade has already been lowered because of edge damage. You don't have to take my word for the grade of the note, you just have to trust PMG.
Shipping
Shipping will be done by USPS first class mail in a sturdy photomailer. Your note will be shipped within 2 business days from the end of the auction. Usually notes are shipped the next day at the latest, but sometimes I am traveling and unable to get items mailed.
