    Description

    Single pedestrian side gate. This gate was salvaged out of a million home that was in the Holmby Hills area located across the street from the Playboy mansion. This home was previously occupied by Beyoncé and Jay Z and lavished with nothing but the best. This gate was salvaged along with one other that is shorter and a little bit wider and being auctioned separate this skate measures 80 x 35“ without the bottom bracket in approximately 84 inches with bracket . The gate appears to be in overall good condition very heavy and solid I did not notice any major damage breaks or repairs there is some slight surface resting but nothing major
