    This is one of the most beautiful medicine pouch I have come across in quite some time. It is an estate sale find in southern Virginia. The gentleman collected lots of Indian artifacts but his daughter said this was one of his favorites. We have several tribes in our area so she wasn't sure which one it came from. The turquoise beads are hand carved and are stunning. They would be gorgeous on a necklace but I would never remove them from the pouch. The pouch measures 9in x 5in.
