This is a beautiful BRAND NEW and unsmoked pipe that was made in France.
It is a Non-Filter and is in Panel Shape #818  with a Translucent Pearlized Lucite saddle stem.
This pipe was made by Chacom
( CHAPUIS COMOY ) and is a Tubo Con Caramelo Color.
This also has a flattened bottom so  it sits really  well too.
The Nomenclature on the back side of the shank says;

This has the "CC" Chacom logo  on  the top side of the  stem
